Omexom Portugal will be present at the prestigious Energyear 2023 Conference, which will take place on July 5th, at the Altis Grand Hotel, in Lisbon. This event will bring together the main players in the sector to explore business opportunities in the areas of renewable energy, storage and green hydrogen in Portugal.

Omexom Portugal, a VINCI Energies Portugal brand specializing in energy production, transportation, and distribution activities, announced the signing of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract with Finerge for the construction of a solar photovoltaic plant in Montemor-o-Novo, near Évora. 

In June 2022, just about to finish his bachelor´s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, in the field of Electric Mobility and Renewable Energies, Sérgio Couteiro arrived at Omexom to carry out his curricular internship. After 2 and a half months of internship, Sérgio joined our team and is now responsible for performing 2D photogrammetry, with a high-precision drone, controlling the progress of our solar photovoltaic projects.

Tagus H2 Project, by Omexom Portugal, was one of the initiatives awarded by VINCI Energies in the Artificial Intelligence and Twinning & Hydrogen Challenges!

The Congress will take place at the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel, in Lisbon, on June 30th, in which relevant topics for the renewable energy sector in Portugal will be addressed.

The photovoltaic carport will ensure the production of energy for its own consumption at Tabaqueira’s complex (Philip Morris International), in Albarraque.
