Omexom Portugal at Energyear 2022, to address the new trends in the renewable energy sector

On the 30th of June, Lisbon hosted the 2nd edition of Energyear, the largest conference on renewable energy in Portugal. Omexom Portugal was present at the event, as an EPC Partner, alongside other leading companies in the market, including Galp, Longi, Amarenco, Soltec or JinKO.

The event, which took place at the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel, brought together the main players in the sector, customers, suppliers, partners and government officials of the Portuguese State, in an edition that featured 8 discussion panels, interim presentations and various networking moments throughout the day.

Luís Silva, Business Unit Manager at Omexom Portugal for the solar power expertise, was one of the participants in the panel on the theme “Trends and particularities in the construction of photovoltaic projects in Portugal”, along with other experts in the sector. This Energyear 2022 panel, moderated by João Martinho (Construction Manager at Vector Renewables), was sponsored by Omexom.

In the final phase of the event, Paulo Ramos, Operations Project Manager of Omexom Portugal for the solar power expertise, was one of the speakers invited to take part in the panel “The opportunity for floating solar: best practices and innovation”, this one, with the moderation of Andrés Franco, CEO of Isigenere.

After visiting São Paulo, Madrid, Santiago de Chile and Lisbon, Energyear 2022 continues its world tour, to promote the knowledge and new trends sharing in the renewable energy sector.
